Thank you for submitting an application to purchase one or more of The Cage prints by Gerhard Richter through HENI Levithian. We appreciate you taking the time to submit this application and wanted to let you know the next steps of the process:

  1. All Applications will close on Sunday 6th December 2020, 23:59 GMT.

  2. Due to the high demand for HENI Editions, we try to ensure that the editions are sold broadly and fairly (rather than on a ‘first come, first served basis’). This means there is a short allocation period after the application closes, where we use a mixture of random selection along with other selection criteria designed to achieve a broad and fair allocation of the work.

  3. If you ticked the box that you are happy with a partial fulfilment of your order, if we cannot fulfil your full order we will contact you via email to let you know which allocations were successful and what your final order will be. If we do offer you a partial fulfilment, you will have 24 hours from notification to cancel it if you wish.

  4. If you wish to cancel your application you may do so until the Application Close date either via email or via your account on the website.
  5. Applications that are unsuccessful will receive an email and the application will be cancelled automatically.  Please do not let this put you off future applications.  Just because you have been unsuccessful in this instance does not mean you will be unsuccessful in the future.
  6. Applications that are successful (either in part or in whole) will be completed automatically and the funds will be transferred from your account.  You will receive an email to inform you that this is happening and that you have been successful in your application.
  7. In some cases your payment card will require a 3D Secure / Two Factor Authentication to take place (depending on your card issuer).  If this occurs during the allocation process you will receive an email to complete the payment and authorisation on our website.
  8. Please ensure your email client can accept emails via [email protected] and [email protected] to prevent it from being allocated to your junk or spam mailbox.
