HENI IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE THE DEBUT OF “JOURNAL ENTRIES” (2020), A SERIES OF 37 UNIQUE, HAND COLORED ETCHINGS BY SABINE MORITZ NOW ON VIEW AT 6-10 LEXINGTON STREET, LONDON.

Moritz often turns to drawing and printmaking as a visual diary, and through an infinite chronicle of gesture and mark-making, “Journal Entries” records the months of March through June 2020 when the world was experiencing an unprecedented period of isolation.

100% of the proceeds from the sales of “Journal Entries” will be donated to @beitelbaraka, a not-for-profit organisation based in Beirut, Lebanon, working to “ensure a sense of dignity to Lebanese families that have been deprived of their most basic rights” in the areas of housing, food security and medical care.

HENI will simultaneously publish “Journal Entries” as an artist’s book which richly illustrates the entire series alongside the poem Sacred Emily (1913) by Gertrude Stein, to be released on October 14.
